Deep Sea BBQ Week

June 29th-July 3rd

Featuring Executive Chef Michael Nelson's innovative Deep Sea BBQ Platter, including "pulled" Swordfish, Tuna "brisket," Redfish cracklins', spoonbread, pickles and slaw for $35.  Make it a Bourbon and BBQ Feast with our suggested Bourbon Pairing, Still Austin Bourbon, chosen for its sweet, spicy and fruity notes.

 

Swordfish Swap Week

July 6-10

Savor a special menu highlighting Swordfish in a variety of dishes that are traditionally made with pork, including Muffaletta Sliders, Swordfish Bolognese, Swordfish Bacon BLT.

 

Crabfest Week

July 13-17

Enjoy a variety of Louisiana Blue Crab dishes, including GW Fins' beloved Crab Potstickers, Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, Soft Shell Crab, Corn & Crab Chowder and Crab Claws with Thai Citrus Aioli.

 

Tuna Lovers Week

July 20-24

If you love Tuna, you're not going to want to miss this delicious week!  GW Fins will be highlighting locally caught Louisiana Tuna served in several hot, chilled and raw dishes.  Some of the featured dishes will include Tuna Poke & Sashimi, Tartare, Firecracker Tacos, Smoked Tuna Dip, and Seared Tuna with Sweet Soy Butter.
